This dashboard is how we find and reach out to businesses (Providers) and companies (Clients) for Bpluz. It's a private tool — nothing here is visible to the public, and everything you do here is saved for the whole team to see.
The two buttons in the top-right switch between the two kinds of leads we track:
They're pitched differently, so double-check which side you're on before you reach out — Providers get Email/WhatsApp/SMS/Instagram/Facebook outreach, Clients get Email + a phone call.
The main list. Search by name, town, email, phone or category using the search box. Filter further with the dropdowns next to it. Click any column header to sort.
Everything with a white background is editable — click into it:
The Outreach column has a button per channel (Email, WhatsApp, SMS…). Here's the flow:
At the end of the Outreach column there's a small 🚫 button. Use it when a business asks to be taken off your list, when their email address is dead, or when they turn out to be an existing Bpluz partner.
Once flagged, the lead disappears from Today's Queue and all its outreach buttons vanish — there is nothing left to click by accident. The row stays visible (greyed out, name crossed through) so nobody adds the business back by hand wondering where it went.
The Drafts tab is the review queue for AI-written outreach emails. Each card is one lead: its business name, segment, town, the address the email would go to, an editable subject line, and an editable body.
Use the two dropdowns to switch between statuses (To review / Approved / Rejected / Sent) and lead types. Every email was written per-lead — if one reads wrong for the business, edit it before approving, or reject it.
Approved drafts do change one thing right away: on the Leads table, that lead's Email button becomes Email ✦ and opens your mail app with the personalised draft instead of the standard template. Send it yourself from there, then click the confirm tick as usual — that also moves the draft to Sent here.
Click the small clock icon next to any business name to see everything that's happened on that lead — every message opened/confirmed, every note, every stage change, who did it and when.
Once a lead has a Follow-up date, a small calendar icon appears next to it. Click it for two options:
add the date to Google Calendar, or download a .ics file that works with Apple Calendar,
Outlook, or any other calendar app.
A visual board of every lead grouped by Stage. Drag a card from one column to another to move it through the pipeline — this is the same as changing its Stage in the Leads table.
Every lead whose Follow-up date is due today or overdue, sorted with the most overdue first. Check this at the start of your day — it's your to-do list.
A high-level view of how things are going: how many leads are at each Stage, how well we're covering each segment/industry (do we have their email, phone, website?), and how easy each lead is to reach. Switch between bar charts and pie charts with the toggle at the top.
The Auto/Light/Dark buttons in the header switch the color theme — Auto follows your device's setting. Your choice is remembered.
Ask whoever set this dashboard up for you. This page gets updated whenever the dashboard changes, so if something looks different from what's described here, it's worth a second look — the app is probably right and this page is catching up.
